Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Brownie Onedae

Craving something sweet? Don’t fight the urge—you can have your cake and eat it too with this creamy, chewy, chocolatey sundae. Featuring a Fiber One brownie that’s just 70 calories, you can stay on track without sacrificing flavor.

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup cookie dough light ice cream
  • ½ cup chocolate peanut butter light ice cream
  • 1 Fiber One Chocolate Fudge Brownie
  • ½ banana, sliced in half
  • ¼ cup low calorie whipped topping

Method:

Let the ice cream thaw for a few minutes so it’s soft and scoop-able. Unwrap the Fiber One and put it at the bottom of a bowl. Place a scoop of each ice cream flavor on top, slide a slice of banana on each side, and add a dollop of whipped topping. It’s a resolution WIN!
