Ingredients:
- ½ cup cookie dough light ice cream
- ½ cup chocolate peanut butter light ice cream
- 1 Fiber One™ Chocolate Fudge Brownie
- ½ banana, sliced in half
- ¼ cup low calorie whipped topping
Method:
Let the ice cream thaw for a few minutes so it’s soft and scoop-able. Unwrap the Fiber One™ and put it at the bottom of a bowl. Place a scoop of each ice cream flavor on top, slide a slice of banana on each side, and add a dollop of whipped topping. It’s a resolution WIN!
